About the role

We’re looking for a warm, credible Education Consultant to be the face of COSMA to prospective students and their families. You’ll guide enquiries through to enrolment — helping students take one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and growing COSMA’s student base as you do. If you’re a genuine, consultative closer who believes in what you sell, this role rewards your results directly.

Key responsibilities

●      Respond to and nurture prospective-student enquiries

●      Hold consultations with students and parents, understand their goals, and guide them to the right pathway

●      Convert enquiries into signed, enrolled students

●      Maintain disciplined, timely follow-up across the pipeline

●      Represent COSMA at school visits, information sessions and education fairs

●      Keep accurate records of leads and conversions

●      Work closely with the operations and client-relations team for a smooth handover after signing

What we’re looking for

Essential

●      A genuine, consultative closer — persuasive and credible, never pushy

●      A warm, trustworthy manner with families making a high-stakes, high-trust decision

●      Target-driven and resilient

●      Excellent English; Swahili a strong plus

●      Organised, with disciplined follow-up

A strong plus

●      Experience in education consultancy or high-consideration services sales

●      Knowledge of study-in-Germany or study-abroad pathways

●      An existing network among schools or students
